Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Ace of Pentacles sits in Virgo. That makes this Virgo's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Virgo already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
