Eight of Wandsfor Pisces · The Future
"Speed isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The card represents motion through the immovable-a flight of wands through an open country; but they draw to the term of their course. Wands represents passion and eight represents movement/cycles. Together this card represents a kind of flow state achieved by being in tune with the universe and moving with it instead of against it.
You are especially receptive to fate and kismet. A bunch of connected events are helping guide you towards your end goal. Perhaps you are invited to go to a woodworking class, at that class you make a new friend and that new friend introduces you to their brother (who is coincidentally the love of your life). Be open to moving quickly and saying yes to things. Follow your passions and joy and don't be afraid to let the universe take the wheel.
Things are not flowing smoothly-- you are having a hard time finishing a task or finding the next one to start. Perhaps a trip got cancelled or a project is delayed. Don't be too frustrated, take this as a sign to slow down and enjoy the small wonders of life. Reconnect with your passions and loved ones.

Eight of Wands for Pisces in The Future
The Dreamer
Wands are the fire suit, so the Eight of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly beside Pisces, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: spend the energy on one thing today. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the work is available, and it is repetitive rather than dramatic.
When reading about what comes next through a Pisces lens, the Eight of Wands says that you feel like the future is vivid and real inside your mind, so real it feels like it's already happening, and taking actual steps toward it feels redundant or risky. This has either kept you dreaming without building, waiting for the dream to arrive on its own, or led to you taking wild action based on a vision that dissolves the moment you need to execute. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.
In practice that can look like a leap, or booking the thing. Whatever form it takes, it is going to take unglamorous repetition.
