"Security isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A crowned figure, having a pentacle over his crown, clasps another with hands and arms; two pentacles are under his feet. Pentacles represents wealth and the four card represents structure and stability. Together this card represents meeting your base needs for food and shelter, but holding on very tightly to the things you have.
Your life is stable and you technically have everything you need to live a comfortable life. Perhaps you are in a perfectly fine apartment, with a perfectly fine partner, with a perfectly fine job that pays the bills exactly. This is a perfectly fine way to live life, but the card asks us to consider that maybe we want more than perfectly fine. You needed this stability to move forward, but you deserve more than perfectly fine.
You're holding on very tightly to something, maybe a desire to feel safe. Perhaps it's a financial number or perhaps it's about finding a partner that meets your specific rubric. Safety is not a number; enough is not a number. Make sure your base needs are met, and after that practice letting go a little and see where you find joy

Four of Pentacles for Aquarius in Health and Energy
The Visionary
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Four of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly beside Aquarius, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the structure is holding. Holding is not the same as being right.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Four of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like a diagnosis that is manageable. Whatever form it takes, it has settled into something stable enough to hide in.
