Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Four of Pentacles sits in Virgo. That makes this Virgo's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Virgo already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, the structure is holding. Holding is not the same as being right.
When reading about work through a Virgo lens, the Four of Pentacles says that you feel like work is the place you prove you belong, something that has to be done correctly or not at all, and a way to disappear into usefulness (or into the work itself).
