Almost at the end of your journey, the judgement card calls us to look back on what we have done and evaluate it. Taking in the good, the bad and the neutral. Judgement, in particular the word itself, is not always effective, but understanding and feeling compassion for all parts of our past is an important part of loving ourselves.
A moment of reflection, calling you to look back at your past, evaluate it, and then release yourself from it. Don't be obsessive over your failures, but rather see what you can learn from them and then let them go. They have been judged and you can move onto the next thing. Things from your past might be coming to the surface (hurtful comments said in anger might be playing in your mind, an ex might reappear, someone you hurt might come across your feed)
You are being hypervigilant or avoidant about the things in your past you wish would die. This is giving them power over you in a way you cannot fathom. You must feel your emotions so that you can let them go (don't call your ex, but rather accept you miss them and make a commitment to truly release them)

Judgement for Aquarius in Health and Energy
The Visionary
Pluto works on a longer clock than Uranus-ruled Aquarius is used to. Whatever this is, it will not resolve on Aquarius's preferred timeline. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Judgement says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like the body making the decision for you, or a genuine reset. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
