Almost at the end of your journey, the judgement card calls us to look back on what we have done and evaluate it. Taking in the good, the bad and the neutral. Judgement, in particular the word itself, is not always effective, but understanding and feeling compassion for all parts of our past is an important part of loving ourselves.
A moment of reflection, calling you to look back at your past, evaluate it, and then release yourself from it. Don't be obsessive over your failures, but rather see what you can learn from them and then let them go. They have been judged and you can move onto the next thing. Things from your past might be coming to the surface (hurtful comments said in anger might be playing in your mind, an ex might reappear, someone you hurt might come across your feed)
You are being hypervigilant or avoidant about the things in your past you wish would die. This is giving them power over you in a way you cannot fathom. You must feel your emotions so that you can let them go (don't call your ex, but rather accept you miss them and make a commitment to truly release them)

Judgement for Scorpio in Work and Career

Pluto rules Scorpio, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Scorpio to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about work through a Scorpio lens, the Judgement says that you feel like work is where you need to know the financial truth before anyone else does, a problem to solve (or a power to hold), and something you will not announce until you are certain. This has either led to you becoming the person who understands the money and the leverage, or to you refusing to enter the room where decisions are made. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Scorpio blind spot in it is the feeling of being fooled, or of being seen as naive, or of depending on someone who will leave.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
