"You know what's fair. Now act like it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A judge holds a sword in one hand and a scales of justice in the other. Balance will be restored one way or another. This card represents finding the truth and bringing it to light. The truth in this card is more objective and less subjective.
You are being challenged by a situation, but through honesty and directness you will prevail (in the end). Hold the moral high ground and maintain your own self respect when you are being tried.
You are off balance in some way, either through an extremely unfair situation or because you have refused to speak up when you knew something was wrong. If it's safe to do so, speak your mind and do right by those around you.

Justice for Libra in Money and Wealth
The Harmonizer
Venus rules Libra, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Libra to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about money through a Libra lens, the Justice says that you feel like money is something to split evenly so no one feels short, a way to keep yourself in good standing with people you care about, and something too uncomfortable to discuss directly so you hint and hope. This has either led you to give away more than you can afford and resent it quietly, or to finally name a price and discover that the people worth keeping will actually pay it. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
