"You know what's fair. Now act like it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A judge holds a sword in one hand and a scales of justice in the other. Balance will be restored one way or another. This card represents finding the truth and bringing it to light. The truth in this card is more objective and less subjective.
You are being challenged by a situation, but through honesty and directness you will prevail (in the end). Hold the moral high ground and maintain your own self respect when you are being tried.
You are off balance in some way, either through an extremely unfair situation or because you have refused to speak up when you knew something was wrong. If it's safe to do so, speak your mind and do right by those around you.

Justice for Scorpio in Self and Identity
The Transformer
Venus sits outside Scorpio's usual Pluto register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about yourself through a Scorpio lens, the Justice says that you feel like your own motives are worth interrogating endlessly, a mystery even to you (or especially to you), and something you will judge harshly before anyone else gets the chance. This has either led to you becoming very honest about what you actually want, or to you believing you do not deserve it. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Scorpio blind spot in it is the feeling of being fooled, or of being seen as naive, or of depending on someone who will leave.
In practice that can look like something you cannot un-see about yourself, or a season ending. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
