"Visionary Leadership isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A king sits on a throne surveying his domain. Wands represent passion and the king card represents mastery and masculine energy. Typically the face cards represent a person/event (or a part of yourself embodied). Together this card means a a creative genius or visionary entrepreneur: they are passionate and quick to action as well as wise and demanding.
You have reached a level of success that allows you to guide others and execute on your passions/goals with authority (or are spending a lot of time with someone who has reached a high level of success/power). Romantically this can mean a more mature relationship built off of shared goals, or a bit of butting heads around things you are passionate about. This card signifies an entrepreneurial energy, you have started something important and are executing on it. Be honest and just with your power.
You have reached a high level of success/authority (or are interacting with someone that is high power). High power/authority has allowed for an entitled energy to bubble up. The demands being made are harsh and unreasonable and no one feels comfortable objecting. Perhaps this comes from a chip on the shoulder energy that got you to where you are, but is no longer serving you here. Investigate the roots of this overbearing energy and reign it into a healthy place.

King of Wands for Libra in Work and Career
The Harmonizer
Wands are the fire suit, so the King of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, this is the element used out in the world, at the cost of still feeling it.
When reading about work through a Libra lens, the King of Wands says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a new role or project. Whatever form it takes, it is being decided by whoever holds the authority.
