Wands are the fire suit, so the Knight of Wands sits in Leo. That makes this Leo's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Leo already believes it is good at: spend the energy on one thing today. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about yourself through a Leo lens, the Knight of Wands says that you feel like your image is the thing you are always refining, something that could always be more impressive (or more real), and the constant distance between who you are and who you appear. This has either built genuine self-awareness through the practice of refinement, or left you exhausted from maintaining two different people.
