You are being tested, it seems like all your hopes have been dashed-- but you still have the one idea you started with; the core passion to carry you through. Perhaps you were cancelled on for a date you were excited about, or your partner is absent. You're end goal is still in sight. You feel alone now, but you have the ability to get through this and work towards what you want. Keep taking small steps toward your goal (be it a healthy relationship, a marriage, a new job, business success etc).
You are feeling like you want to quit; it's hard to continue on and you are questioning if you can get the things you want. Do not lose hope-- all is not lost. You may feel like the task is impossible, but I believe in you. If someone else is blocking you, try to set boundaries and find ways to move towards your goal despite them.

Nine of Wands for Libra in Self and Identity

Wands are the fire suit, so the Nine of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, it is nearly finished, and the last stretch of it is mostly solitary.
When reading about yourself through a Libra lens, the Nine of Wands says that you feel like you are a collection of versions that other people have seen in you, a thing that must stay balanced or it will tip into being unlikeable, and something you do not fully trust without external confirmation. This has either kept you from knowing what you actually like, or forced you to become very clear about who you are precisely by refusing to be a mirror anymore. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like wanting something again, or restlessness with a direction. Whatever form it takes, it is close to done and mostly solitary.
