Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Page of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Scorpio, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Scorpio is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.
When reading about what comes next through a Scorpio lens, the Page of Pentacles says that you feel like what you want is too important to say aloud, because speaking it makes it vulnerable (or makes it real), and something you will build in the dark and reveal only when it is already solid. This has either led to you achieving things quietly and completely, or to you never quite starting because the risk of being seen wanting something feels unbearable.
