Page of Swords tarot card

"Curiosity isn't the question. What you do next is."

Six quick picks first, then your reading

On the card

An active figure holds a sword upright in both hands, while in the act of swift walking. He is passing over rugged land, and about his way the clouds are collocated wildly. He is alert and lithe, looking this way and that, as if an expected enemy might appear at any moment. Swords represents thoughts and the page represents a messenger/message. Together the page of swords represents a message carried especially for you-- some wisdom you need to become a master of your own thoughts.

Upright
CuriosityRestlessnessNew IdeasCommunication

Take heed of people coming to you with new and exciting information-- a new curious student or a partner who makes you see the world with new eyes (or even a new perspective from within yourself). This new information will be super helpful and important for you as you go on your journey. Be open and receptive to new ideas and people

Reversed

Information and gossip are pulling you away from your goals. Keep your eye on the prize and don't forget to be honest and fair-- do not paint things to be different than they are, because you will be found out.

Page of Swords for Libra in Work and Career

The Harmonizer

Swords are the air suit, so the Page of Swords sits in Libra. That makes this Libra's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Libra already believes it is good at: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. Upright, this is someone at the start of the element: sincere, curious, not yet any good at it.

When reading about work through a Libra lens, the Page of Swords says that you feel like work is a place to prove you can hold everyone's needs at once, a problem to solve without anyone feeling sidelined, and something that must look effortless even when it exhausts you. This has either led to you becoming the person everyone relies on and never quite gets to rely on in return, or to you quietly building something on your own terms while everyone else thought you were still deciding. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.

In practice that can look like clarity about what the job actually is. Whatever form it takes, it arrives as news, or as someone new and sincere.
