Swords are the air suit, so the Queen of Swords sits in Libra. Libra sits directly beside Scorpio, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about yourself through a Scorpio lens, the Queen of Swords says that you feel like your own motives are worth interrogating endlessly, a mystery even to you (or especially to you), and something you will judge harshly before anyone else gets the chance. This has either led to you becoming very honest about what you actually want, or to you believing you do not deserve it.
