Queen of Wandsfor Libra · The Future
"Confidence isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A queen sits on her throne, holding a sunflower with a black cat at her side. Wands represent passion and the queen card represents nurturing/matriarchy. Typically the face cards represent a person/event (or a part of yourself embodied). Together this card means a confident maternal figure who is helping you achieve your dreams/goals. She has achieved part of what you want to achieve and she can offer wisdom (and emotional support) to you.
You are protected by a force of passion and creativity. You are able to learn and grow under her wing and are coming to embody a true leader in your pursuits. If you are growing a business now is the time to train others and expand. If you are in a relationship perhaps consider working on a creative project together or building a house together. Your intuition is especially strong and you can sense what others need to be successful.
You are blocked by your lack of confidence, you have all the training and skills and passions to be a leader and to run your domain, but you are relying on the advice of others or not taking yourself as seriously as you should. See your anxieties as they come up and set them aside for you to address on a specific schedule.

Queen of Wands for Libra in The Future
The Harmonizer
Wands are the fire suit, so the Queen of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly opposite Libra, so this card describes the half of the situation Libra habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about what comes next through a Libra lens, the Queen of Wands says that you feel like the future is something you will know once everyone else has decided, a choice that requires seeing all options before you can pick one, and something that feels risky if you commit before checking that it is also what they want. This has either left you waiting for a future that never quite arrives, or forced you to build one without permission and discovered it was actually the one you wanted all along. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Libra blind spot in it is being the one who breaks the tie, names the problem, or asks for something first.
In practice that can look like a leap, or booking the thing. Whatever form it takes, it is held by someone who has been through it already.
