Queen of Wandsfor Sagittarius
"Confidence isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A queen sits on her throne, holding a sunflower with a black cat at her side. Wands represent passion and the queen card represents nurturing/matriarchy. Typically the face cards represent a person/event (or a part of yourself embodied). Together this card means a confident maternal figure who is helping you achieve your dreams/goals. She has achieved part of what you want to achieve and she can offer wisdom (and emotional support) to you.
You are protected by a force of passion and creativity. You are able to learn and grow under her wing and are coming to embody a true leader in your pursuits. If you are growing a business now is the time to train others and expand. If you are in a relationship perhaps consider working on a creative project together or building a house together. Your intuition is especially strong and you can sense what others need to be successful.
You are blocked by your lack of confidence, you have all the training and skills and passions to be a leader and to run your domain, but you are relying on the advice of others or not taking yourself as seriously as you should. See your anxieties as they come up and set them aside for you to address on a specific schedule.

Queen of Wands for Sagittarius
The Seeker
Sagittarius is a Fire mutable sign ruled by Jupiter, whose natural subject is meaning, travel, belief, the long view, higher study. Wands are the fire suit, so the Queen of Wands sits in Sagittarius. That makes this Sagittarius's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Sagittarius already believes it is good at: spend the energy on one thing today. Sagittarius is mutable: it adapts, and this card is about completion, which asks the one thing mutable signs resist, which is settling on a final form. Fire meeting its own element is amplification, which raises the sign's strengths and its usual failure by the same amount. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
