Wands are the fire suit, so the Queen of Wands sits in Aries. Aries and Scorpio are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Scorpio already operates. What it wants is this: spend the energy on one thing today. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, this is the element held internally, by someone with nothing left to prove about it.
When reading about yourself through a Scorpio lens, the Queen of Wands says that you feel like your own motives are worth interrogating endlessly, a mystery even to you (or especially to you), and something you will judge harshly before anyone else gets the chance.
