Cups are the water suit, so the Seven of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Sagittarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Sagittarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about money through a Sagittarius lens, the Seven of Cups says that you feel like money is the fuel for the next adventure, something you earn and spend in cycles, and less important than the freedom it temporarily buys. This has either let you stay flexible and take risks or has left you broke and restless and unable to imagine building something that lasts.
