Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Seven of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Aries, so the card asks for the move Aries is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about what comes next through an Aries lens, the Seven of Pentacles says that you feel like the future is happening right now and you are late for it, something to grab before it passes (or before you miss your window), and the only thing that matters more than what is actually in front of you. This has either made you the person who sees what is coming and moves first, or left you burned out from trying to run toward every door at once.
