Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Seven of Pentacles sits in Taurus. That makes this Taurus's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Taurus already believes it is good at: change one concrete arrangement this week. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.
When reading about money through a Taurus lens, the Seven of Pentacles says that you feel like money is proof you will not be abandoned, a problem you solve by having more than you need, and something you do not talk about. This has either meant accumulating without ever feeling safe, or knowing your number and defending it fiercely so you can actually rest.
