Seven of Wands for Taurus in Health and Energy

The Builder

Wands are the fire suit, so the Seven of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly beside Taurus, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: spend the energy on one thing today. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the assessment is being made alone, which is where it is easiest to be wrong.

When reading about health through a Taurus lens, the Seven of Wands says that you feel like your body is a machine that should work the same way it always has, something you notice only when it breaks, and not worth disrupting your routine for. This has either meant ignoring a small signal until it becomes a crisis, or building practices so steady that taking care of yourself feels like coming home. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Taurus blind spot in it is the feeling that the ground is shifting under something they thought was permanent.

In practice that can look like moving your body again, or burning out and knowing it. Whatever form it takes, it is being weighed alone, where it is easiest to lie to yourself.
