Cups are the water suit, so the Six of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer and Aquarius are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Aquarius already operates. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.
When reading about money through an Aquarius lens, the Six of Cups says that you feel like money is a tool that should not matter but does, something you hold loosely so it cannot hold you, and a number that never feels safe enough.
