Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Six of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sits directly beside Aquarius, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Six of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times.
