After a tumultuous period of having to deal with competition and struggle, you are being recognized for your hard work and creativity. Reversed

Someone else is getting recognized instead of you-- either for treacherous reasons or it's just not yet your time. Continue putting in effort, don't give up, the truth comes out eventually and your time will come.

Six of Wands for Pisces in Self and Identity

The Dreamer

Wands are the fire suit, so the Six of Wands sits in Aries. Aries sits directly beside Pisces, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: spend the energy on one thing today. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, the recovery is underway with the loss still in the room.

When reading about yourself through a Pisces lens, the Six of Wands says that you feel like yourself is something you discover by watching how others react to you, your own thoughts are hard to locate because you're always sensing the room first, and clarity about who you are feels dangerous or impossible. This has either kept you fluid enough to move through difficult situations, or left you so uncertain that you remake yourself each time someone new arrives. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.

In practice that can look like wanting something again, or restlessness with a direction. Whatever form it takes, it is recovering, with the loss still in the room.
