What it asks for is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about health through a Leo lens, the Ten of Cups says that you feel like your body is something you push and recover from in private, something to be proud of (or to hide the cost of), and something that should not betray you publicly.
