Swords are the air suit, so the Ten of Swords sits in Libra. Libra sits directly beside Scorpio, the one relationship a sign cannot see clearly because it is too close to get any distance on. What it asks for is this: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. The difficulty is noticing it is being asked at all. Upright, it is complete, which is not automatically the same as good.
When reading about relationships through a Scorpio lens, the Ten of Swords says that you feel like intimacy is something you test by revealing small secrets and watching what gets repeated (or protected), a gamble where the stakes are everything, and the only way to know if someone stays. This has either led to you building something real with someone who did not flinch, or to you leaving before they could. The thing you're not saying out loud is the thing that matters most. The Scorpio blind spot in it is the feeling of being fooled, or of being seen as naive, or of depending on someone who will leave.
In practice that can look like finding something out. Whatever form it takes, it is completing, possibly past the point it was useful.
