"Structure isn't the enemy. Rigidity is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A figure sits on a firm chair in a rugged mountain area holding a scepter, orb and wearing a crown. The figure is ready to jump into action at a moment's notice
Look closer.
You are being called to action, leadership or power. A balance between action and emotions gives you mastery over the realm
You are blocked from taking action or true power by a disconnect. Either you are disconnected from your emotions (and are leading without balance) or you are disconnected from your own confidence to take action
The references to different rulers (the node to the Ankh, the scepter and sphere, the throne, the crown) all convey a stern authority. The stature invokes King Solomon judging who is the true mother of a child.

The Emperor for Aquarius in Work and Career
The Visionary
Mars sits outside Aquarius's usual Uranus register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about work through an Aquarius lens, the Emperor card says that you feel like work is where you prove the system wrong, a problem you solve from thirty thousand feet, and something you will leave the second it stops being interesting. This has either led to you building something no one else could see, or to leaving before anyone could build it with you. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Aquarius blind spot in it is being ordinary, or worse, being needed in a way that pins them down.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
