"Structure isn't the enemy. Rigidity is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A figure sits on a firm chair in a rugged mountain area holding a scepter, orb and wearing a crown. The figure is ready to jump into action at a moment's notice
Look closer.
You are being called to action, leadership or power. A balance between action and emotions gives you mastery over the realm
You are blocked from taking action or true power by a disconnect. Either you are disconnected from your emotions (and are leading without balance) or you are disconnected from your own confidence to take action
The references to different rulers (the node to the Ankh, the scepter and sphere, the throne, the crown) all convey a stern authority. The stature invokes King Solomon judging who is the true mother of a child.

The Emperor for Cancer in Money and Wealth
The Nurturer
Mars sits outside Cancer's usual Moon register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
When reading about money through a Cancer lens, the Emperor card says that you feel like money is safety and security you must earn by being indispensable, spending on others proves you are not selfish, and your own comfort feels like taking from someone else. This has either made you spend on everyone but yourself and wonder where it went, or helped you understand that your security matters too. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Cancer blind spot in it is being seen as a burden, or as someone whose needs are too much.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is happening in the visible world where other people can see it.
