Neptune works on a longer clock than Uranus-ruled Aquarius is used to. Whatever this is, it will not resolve on Aquarius's preferred timeline. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.

This has either led to you building something no one else could see, or to leaving before anyone could build it with you. In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is nothing. The Hanged Man asks you to pause, surrender control, and see your situation from a completely new angle. What looks like stagnation may actually be profound transformation.
