The Hanged Man for Sagittarius in The Future

Neptune works on a longer clock than Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius is used to. Whatever this is, it will not resolve on Sagittarius's preferred timeline. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about what comes next through a Sagittarius lens, the Hanged Man card says that you feel like the future is wide open and full of possibility, something you can reshape as soon as this version stops fitting, and a reason not to get too attached to right now. This has either kept you optimistic and willing to pivot or has left you unable to commit to any single future long enough to make it real. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Sagittarius blind spot in it is the specific weight of a single commitment, the slowness of actually building something, the possibility that it might not be enough.
In practice that can look like a door closing and it mattering, or the next chapter starting without permission. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
