The Lovers for Aquarius
The Visionary
Aquarius is an Air fixed sign ruled by Saturn, whose natural subject is friendship, community, the collective, the long future. Venus sits outside Aquarius's usual Uranus register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Aquarius is fixed: it holds on, and this is a card about beginning, so the resistance shows up before anything has even been asked. Upright, this is happening out in the visible world, where other people can see it and respond to it.
