The Sunfor Capricorn
"You forgot what joy felt like. This is it."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The sun takes up the whole sky, flowers grow, and the world is clearer than it's been before. The sun burns off the fog of uncertainty and reveals all (unlike the moon which merely shines through the fog). The sun card is based in the hope and joy of the present moment-- you are alive, the sun is shining, and your future awaits.
You have gone to bed one person and woken up a new person. The world around you seems different, the smells are new and the colors are brighter. You are falling in love with your life as you see it in the light of a clear day (perhaps a new love, perhaps seeing an old situation in a new light, start a new hobby that nurtures you)
You are blocked by your own ability to believe that good things are happening for you. Step outside of yourself and look around. Things are looking up!

The Sun for Capricorn
The Architect
Capricorn is an Earth cardinal sign ruled by Saturn, whose natural subject is career, public standing, authority, legacy. Sun is a luminary and Capricorn runs on Saturn, so this card lights something up rather than fixing it. It is asking to be seen before it is solved. Capricorn is cardinal: it starts things, and this card is about finishing, so the pull will be to begin something new instead. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
