Take this to heart, something was wrong and the universe is metaphorically blowing your life up for you, what you do in the aftermath is up to you. Perhaps a relationship ended (but maybe it was toxic the whole time), perhaps you were fired (but your free to pursue your true passion), perhaps it's a litany of things, but have faith in yourself and rebuild with your true goals and values at heart.
The universe is trying to guide you to make a radical change, but you are blocked from taking that guidance. Perhaps the clues from the universe are less obvious or perhaps you have an iron sense of will. Some things in life are meant to be hard, but you know the difference between doing a hard thing and doing something not meant for you. When reading about work through a Capricorn lens, the Tower card says that you feel like work is where you prove you are worth keeping around, a problem you solve by solving more problems, and the only place that keeps score in a way you trust. This has either led to building something real and durable that outlasts you or to becoming so necessary that leaving would feel like abandonment. The Capricorn blind spot in it is being useless, being a burden, being the person who could not hold it together.
