Saturn rules Capricorn, so this card is not describing an outside force. It is describing Capricorn to itself, which is why there is no distance in it. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about yourself through a Capricorn lens, the World card says that you feel like you are the sum of what you have accomplished, valuable primarily when producing something others can point to, and most real when you are being useful. This has either made you someone with genuine integrity and follow-through or someone who cannot rest without guilt, who mistakes self-abandonment for dedication. You have been so focused on who you think you should be that you haven't checked in with who you actually are. The Capricorn blind spot in it is being useless, being a burden, being the person who could not hold it together.
