The final card in the Major arcana cycle. One journey has come to a close-- from a fool to a master. All signs are in balance with the world card and the card conveys a sense of coming home after a long journey wiser and older. The world card also contains a small spark, it asks quietly what's next!
You've accomplished something huge and you should be proud (maybe some huge milestone like having a baby, getting married, a new promotion or maybe something smaller like growing your self esteem or completing a project). Take a moment to accept that you've done something amazing and let it truly sink in. Celebrate yourself in some tangible way (maybe throw a party, light a candle, tell your friends)
A frustrating block on finishing a huge chapter of your life (perhaps you are unable to get closure, or you need to take one more class to graduate, or perhaps you were ghosted and you don't know why). For things within your control this card pushes you to keep going, the end of the cycle is in sight! For things outside of your control, just remember that you are the master of your own destiny and maybe you must provide your own ending to the chapter (accepting that might not be the ending that you envisioned).

The World for Virgo in Work and Career
The Analyst
Saturn sits outside Virgo's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
When reading about work through a Virgo lens, the World card says that you feel like work is the place you prove you belong, something that has to be done correctly or not at all, and a way to disappear into usefulness (or into the work itself). This has either led to you being the person things fall apart without, or to your burnout becoming a kind of quiet protest. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Virgo blind spot in it is the feeling of being useless, or of having wasted time on something that didn't hold up.
In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is surfacing whether or not it was invited.
