"Teamwork isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
Three figures at work, collaborating to make a great work together. Pentacles represents wealth and the three card represents collaboration. A card about creating a long lasting legacy with others. This card is often associated with the nobility and high class works of artistry
You are working on something truly outstanding with great people. Romantically maybe a new friend is leading you to meet cool new people or you found a new hobby that you are excelling at. Lean into the newness (even if you are intimidated); it will pay off in the end.
You're blocked by a lack of confidence in your own skills. Perhaps your skills have not matched your expectations OR your own brain is getting in your way. Set aside some time to listen to yourself and try to be honest: are you really not at the level you want OR is your own anxiety getting in your way. Breathe into either, neither are a failure on your part.

Three of Pentacles for Pisces in Health and Energy
The Dreamer
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Three of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Pisces, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Pisces is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, it has become visible to other people, which is the part that makes it real.
When reading about health through a Pisces lens, the Three of Pentacles says that you feel like your body is a signal you can ignore, pain is something to numb or postpone until it screams, and admitting you're suffering feels like complaining or demanding too much. This has either kept you functional through crisis by numbing out completely, or meant that by the time you pay attention the problem has grown teeth. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen. The Pisces blind spot in it is the moment they have to stop being useful and admit they're drowning.
In practice that can look like a diagnosis that is manageable. Whatever form it takes, it is about to become visible to other people.
