Two of Wandsfor Cancer
"Planning isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A tall man looks from a battlemented roof over sea and shore; he ponders the globe and his power over it. Wands represent passion and two represents duality. Together this card represents a choice to be made: stay or go. Both options will lead to prosperity, but we have to pick one.
Your passion has led you to a crossroads. Stay doing something you love, or branch out to a new horizon. You are able to build the life you want with either route, but you cannot have both. Perhaps you are called to travel/trips or perhaps you are deciding to leave your hometown. Listen to your deep truth and do not let fear of change hold you back, but don't let the excitement of newness be your only motivation.
You are moving quickly, following one of your passions and perhaps not listening to your true inner voice. Diving full steam into a new relationship without figuring out what broke down in your previous one; quitting a job without new plans for a new one. Slow down, listen to what your intuition is telling you-- safety is not always the enemy. Sometimes running ahead lets us avoid figuring out what we truly want.

Two of Wands for Cancer
The Nurturer
Cancer is a Water cardinal sign ruled by Moon, whose natural subject is home, roots, family, the private interior. Wands are the fire suit, so the Two of Wands sits in Aries. Aries squares Cancer, so the card asks for the move Cancer is least fluent in: spend the energy on one thing today. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Cancer is cardinal: it starts things, and this is a card about starting, so the danger is starting again instead of continuing. The card wants action where the sign is built to feel it through first. One of those has to go second. Upright, the second thing has actually arrived and the negotiation between them is live.
