Wheel of Fortune tarot card

"This too shall pass. And so will the next thing."

Six quick picks first, then your reading

On the card

The wheel symbolizes the role of chance/fate/luck plays in our life. It also shows us that life can feel like a wheel, things can often come in cycles. While we may have seen the wheel spin before, we can't always control where it lands

Upright
CyclesFateChangeTurning Points

Something out of your control has caused a change in your life (maybe a chance encounter, a windfall, etc), embrace your emotions, follow the joy, and let it guide you through a big change.

Reversed

You are trying to control things that are not within your power to control (they are up to fate). Obsessively focusing on things we can't control rewires our brains. Don't be afraid to move on from an emotion or situation that's not serving you

Major ArcanaCard 10
One of the 22 Major Arcana. They point to the large themes and turning points in a life, not the day to day. When one comes up, the reading is about something bigger than this week.
StageThe turn inward
After the Fool, the Major Arcana run in three stages of seven: the outer world (1 to 7), the turn inward (8 to 14) and the return (15 to 21). This one is in the turn inward: the point where the tools that worked outside stop working.

Wheel of Fortune for Gemini in The Future

The Communicator

Jupiter sits outside Gemini's usual Mercury register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.

When reading about what comes next through a Gemini lens, the Wheel of Fortune says that you feel like the future is a set of possibilities you can hold all at once, something you prepare for by gathering information, and a place where you do not have to choose yet (or where choosing feels like closing a door forever). This has either kept you genuinely flexible and ready for change or left you holding so many options that you grieve them all instead of living one. You already know what comes next, and you are afraid of what it will cost you to get there. The Gemini blind spot in it is stillness, silence, the moment when talking stops and you have to feel what you actually feel, the weight of having chosen one thing and not the other.

In practice that can look like a door closing and it mattering, or the next chapter starting without permission. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
