Wheel of Fortune tarot card

"This too shall pass. And so will the next thing."

Six quick picks first, then your reading

On the card

The wheel symbolizes the role of chance/fate/luck plays in our life. It also shows us that life can feel like a wheel, things can often come in cycles. While we may have seen the wheel spin before, we can't always control where it lands

Upright
CyclesFateChangeTurning Points

Something out of your control has caused a change in your life (maybe a chance encounter, a windfall, etc), embrace your emotions, follow the joy, and let it guide you through a big change.

Reversed

You are trying to control things that are not within your power to control (they are up to fate). Obsessively focusing on things we can't control rewires our brains. Don't be afraid to move on from an emotion or situation that's not serving you

Major ArcanaCard 10
One of the 22 Major Arcana. They point to the large themes and turning points in a life, not the day to day. When one comes up, the reading is about something bigger than this week.
StageThe turn inward
After the Fool, the Major Arcana run in three stages of seven: the outer world (1 to 7), the turn inward (8 to 14) and the return (15 to 21). This one is in the turn inward: the point where the tools that worked outside stop working.

Wheel of Fortune for Leo in Work and Career

The Creator

Jupiter sits outside Leo's usual Sun register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.

When reading about work through a Leo lens, the Wheel of Fortune says that you feel like work is the place you prove something, something you want to be visibly excellent at (or lead from), and a stage where your effort has an audience. This has either led to genuine excellence backed by real skill, or to chasing the role that looks like the thing instead of doing the thing itself. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.

In practice that can look like a change large enough to reorganise the rest, or the job becoming a different job. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
