"This too shall pass. And so will the next thing."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The wheel symbolizes the role of chance/fate/luck plays in our life. It also shows us that life can feel like a wheel, things can often come in cycles. While we may have seen the wheel spin before, we can't always control where it lands
Something out of your control has caused a change in your life (maybe a chance encounter, a windfall, etc), embrace your emotions, follow the joy, and let it guide you through a big change.
You are trying to control things that are not within your power to control (they are up to fate). Obsessively focusing on things we can't control rewires our brains. Don't be afraid to move on from an emotion or situation that's not serving you

Wheel of Fortune for Scorpio in Money and Wealth
The Transformer
Jupiter sits outside Scorpio's usual Pluto register, so this one arrives as unfamiliar weather. Upright, this has turned inward, to the place where the outer tools stop working.
When reading about money through a Scorpio lens, the Wheel of Fortune says that you feel like money is your only guarantee of privacy, a problem to solve (or avoid), and something that must be accumulated before you can breathe. This has either led to you building a quiet security that no one can touch, or to you spending on the people you fiercely love because safety feels like a lie anyway. You have not looked at your full financial picture all at once, and the not-looking costs more than the looking would. The Scorpio blind spot in it is the feeling of being fooled, or of being seen as naive, or of depending on someone who will leave.
In practice that can look like a change in circumstance rather than an amount, or what money is for shifting. Whatever form it takes, it is turning inward, where the usual moves stop working.
