Swords are the air suit, so the Ace of Swords sits in Aquarius. That makes this Aquarius's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Aquarius already believes it is good at: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
When reading about health through an Aquarius lens, the Ace of Swords says that you feel like your body is a thing that happens to you, a system you monitor from outside (or ignore completely), and something that needs things from you at the worst possible times. This has either taught you hard lessons about what happens when you wait too long, or you are still waiting. The body has been sending the same signal for months and nobody has bothered to listen.
