Swords are the air suit, so the Ace of Swords sits in Libra. That makes this Libra's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Libra already believes it is good at: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
When reading about health through a Libra lens, the Ace of Swords says that you feel like your body is something to accommodate everyone else's schedule around, a problem you will solve later when you have more time, and something that does not get to interrupt the peace you are keeping.
