Swords are the air suit, so the Ace of Swords sits in Libra. Libra squares Cancer, so the card asks for the move Cancer is least fluent in: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
When reading about what comes next through a Cancer lens, the Ace of Swords says that you feel like the future is a home you are building in your mind, it should feel like a place you belong (or like a place that wants you), and you are afraid it will not come. This has either kept you planning endlessly without moving, or given you the patience to build something real.
