Ace of Wandsfor Sagittarius
"Inspiration isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A hand issuing from a cloud grasps a wand above lush landscape. Wands represent passion and the ace represents the start of a new journey. Together this card represents a passionate vision or energy that sparks a new adventure.
You have the spark of an idea-- follow it! Lots of exciting energy is swirling around you, perhaps you just met someone new and are in the throws of a new relationship (or have found a new facet in someone you know well). Outside of romance, you have a business idea or project to pursue which is lighting a fire under you.
You are being held back from something you are passionate about-- perhaps because it will mean a change for you or perhaps you are afraid you might not achieve the vision. Either way, let the passion and creativity flow and make plans.

Ace of Wands for Sagittarius
The Seeker
Sagittarius is a Fire mutable sign ruled by Jupiter, whose natural subject is meaning, travel, belief, the long view, higher study. Wands are the fire suit, so the Ace of Wands sits in Sagittarius. That makes this Sagittarius's own card, so nothing in it is being read from the outside, and the flattering interpretation is the one to distrust. What it asks for is the thing Sagittarius already believes it is good at: spend the energy on one thing today. Sagittarius is mutable: it adapts, and this is a card about beginning, so the start will be easy and the shape of it will keep changing. Fire meeting its own element is amplification, which raises the sign's strengths and its usual failure by the same amount. An ace is a seed rather than a result. Upright it means the thing is genuinely available and completely untested.
