Four of Pentaclesfor Pisces
"Security isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A crowned figure, having a pentacle over his crown, clasps another with hands and arms; two pentacles are under his feet. Pentacles represents wealth and the four card represents structure and stability. Together this card represents meeting your base needs for food and shelter, but holding on very tightly to the things you have.
Your life is stable and you technically have everything you need to live a comfortable life. Perhaps you are in a perfectly fine apartment, with a perfectly fine partner, with a perfectly fine job that pays the bills exactly. This is a perfectly fine way to live life, but the card asks us to consider that maybe we want more than perfectly fine. You needed this stability to move forward, but you deserve more than perfectly fine.
You're holding on very tightly to something, maybe a desire to feel safe. Perhaps it's a financial number or perhaps it's about finding a partner that meets your specific rubric. Safety is not a number; enough is not a number. Make sure your base needs are met, and after that practice letting go a little and see where you find joy

Four of Pentacles for Pisces
The Dreamer
Pisces is a Water mutable sign ruled by Jupiter, whose natural subject is the unconscious, dissolution, retreat, what is hidden from the self. Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Four of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn sextiles Pisces, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. Pisces is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Pisces is mutable: it adapts, and this card is in the middle, where adapting can quietly become avoiding. Earth and Water feed each other, so this card's logic will feel natural here. Natural is not the same as correct. Upright, the structure is holding. Holding is not the same as being right.
