"Rest isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The effigy of a knight in the attitude of prayer, at full length upon his tomb. Swords represents knowledge and the four card represents stability. Together the cards mean taking a moment to reflect and regroup after a turbulent time.
You just went through a big rupture, but are moving on. You are taking a moment with your thoughts and letting yourself rest before moving forward. The next phase of your journey will require a lot of you, so restore your energy. If you are single, now is not the time to jump into something new. Things are coming for you but you'll need to be healthy and strong to fully take advantage of them.
You are unable to rest or move on from a big rupture. You feel like if you never stop running things won't catch up with you. Pause, listen to your body (like literally do a body scan) and pay attention to how you are feeling. Feelings help guide us and let us know how to get our needs met.

Four of Swords for Leo in Work and Career
The Creator
Swords are the air suit, so the Four of Swords sits in Libra. Libra sextiles Leo, which is help that has to be taken up rather than help that arrives. What it asks for is this: write the sentence down and stop rewriting it. Leo is perfectly capable of that, which is exactly why not doing it needs a better excuse. Upright, the structure is holding. Holding is not the same as being right.
When reading about work through a Leo lens, the Four of Swords says that you feel like work is the place you prove something, something you want to be visibly excellent at (or lead from), and a stage where your effort has an audience. This has either led to genuine excellence backed by real skill, or to chasing the role that looks like the thing instead of doing the thing itself. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Leo blind spot in it is being ordinary, being forgotten, being the one no one thought to invite, being seen doing something mediocre.
In practice that can look like a hard conversation with a manager. Whatever form it takes, it has settled into something stable enough to hide in.
