Knight of Cupsfor Libra
"Romance isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The knights are often bringing you what your heart has desired. The knight of cups has ventured far to bring you love, but is that really something another can find on your behalf?
A whirlwind romance, getting carried away in a moment. Possibly a grand declaration (a proposal perhaps?). Outside of romance, perhaps a boss is championing your work or a teacher is advocating for you.
You thought a perfect romantic figure (a knight in shining armour) was going to fix all your issues, but now that the fervor has calmed you look around and see your problems are still unresolved. Your emotions are even more riled up.

Knight of Cups for Libra
The Harmonizer
Libra is an Air cardinal sign ruled by Venus, whose natural subject is partnership, contracts, the other person, open enemies. Cups are the water suit, so the Knight of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer squares Libra, so the card asks for the move Libra is least fluent in: say the feeling to the person it is about. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Libra is cardinal: it starts things, and this card is about finishing, so the pull will be to begin something new instead. The card and the sign pull in different directions, and the friction is the information. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
