Knight of Cupsfor Capricorn
"Romance isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
The knights are often bringing you what your heart has desired. The knight of cups has ventured far to bring you love, but is that really something another can find on your behalf?
A whirlwind romance, getting carried away in a moment. Possibly a grand declaration (a proposal perhaps?). Outside of romance, perhaps a boss is championing your work or a teacher is advocating for you.
You thought a perfect romantic figure (a knight in shining armour) was going to fix all your issues, but now that the fervor has calmed you look around and see your problems are still unresolved. Your emotions are even more riled up.

Knight of Cups for Capricorn
The Architect
Capricorn is an Earth cardinal sign ruled by Saturn, whose natural subject is career, public standing, authority, legacy. Cups are the water suit, so the Knight of Cups sits in Cancer. Cancer sits directly opposite Capricorn, so this card describes the half of the situation Capricorn habitually hands to someone else. What it wants is this: say the feeling to the person it is about. Handing that to another person is exactly the habit. Capricorn is cardinal: it starts things, and this card is about finishing, so the pull will be to begin something new instead. Water and Earth feed each other, so this card's logic will feel natural here. Natural is not the same as correct. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
