"Reliability isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A knight holding and inspecting a single pentacle. He rides a slow, enduring, heavy horse, to which his own aspect corresponds. Pentacles signify wealth and the knight card signifies a quest. Together this card signifies a quest for true wealth and prosperity.
You are on a mission towards long term wealth. This card tells us to be honorable and grounded in our quest for wealth. Continue setting actionable goals and following through on them. Romantically, do not be fooled by a get rich quick partner or love bombing, look instead for someone who puts in effort consistently and has their own passions and interests.
You are blocked on your long term mission-- perhaps you are stuck in a job that keeps you busy but doesn't refill your cup. Romantically your partners dreams are eclipsing your own dreams.

Knight of Pentacles for Aries in Work and Career
The Initiator
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Knight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn squares Aries, so the card asks for the move Aries is least fluent in: change one concrete arrangement this week. The friction is the content, not an obstacle to it. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about work through an Aries lens, the Knight of Pentacles says that you feel like work is the place you prove you are not wasting time, a problem to solve fast (or escape), and something that only matters if you can see the finish line tomorrow. This has either led to building something from nothing in record time or to leaving behind half-finished things because the sprint ended and the marathon scared you. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Aries blind spot in it is the feeling that nothing you do makes any difference, that you are not the center of the story.
In practice that can look like a promotion that is really more work. Whatever form it takes, it arrives fast and without brakes.
