"Reliability isn't the question. What you do next is."
Six quick picks first, then your reading
A knight holding and inspecting a single pentacle. He rides a slow, enduring, heavy horse, to which his own aspect corresponds. Pentacles signify wealth and the knight card signifies a quest. Together this card signifies a quest for true wealth and prosperity.
You are on a mission towards long term wealth. This card tells us to be honorable and grounded in our quest for wealth. Continue setting actionable goals and following through on them. Romantically, do not be fooled by a get rich quick partner or love bombing, look instead for someone who puts in effort consistently and has their own passions and interests.
You are blocked on your long term mission-- perhaps you are stuck in a job that keeps you busy but doesn't refill your cup. Romantically your partners dreams are eclipsing your own dreams.

Knight of Pentacles for Gemini in Work and Career
The Communicator
Pentacles are the earth suit, so the Knight of Pentacles sits in Capricorn. Capricorn and Gemini are quincunx, two signs with nothing in common: no shared element, mode, or polarity. This card will not slot neatly into how Gemini already operates. What it wants is this: change one concrete arrangement this week. It has to be done deliberately or it will not happen. Upright, this is the element at full speed with nothing slowing it down.
When reading about work through a Gemini lens, the Knight of Pentacles says that you feel like work is the place you prove you can learn anything fast, a problem to solve before it gets boring, and something you can always trade for the next interesting angle (or stay in if the conversation keeps surprising you). This has either led to real expertise across unexpected domains or to a resume that reads like someone with too many browser tabs open and none of them fully loaded. You have not asked yourself what you actually want from this work, only what you think you should want from it. The Gemini blind spot in it is stillness, silence, the moment when talking stops and you have to feel what you actually feel, the weight of having chosen one thing and not the other.
In practice that can look like a promotion that is really more work. Whatever form it takes, it arrives fast and without brakes.
